On-Site Coordination: We attend the property on the day of the notary transfer to record meter readings or coordinate closely with your real estate agent.
Digital Data Vault: We create a secure, shared Trello board for you, storing all contracts, login credentials, and important property data in one accessible place.
Personalized Configuration: Your Property Manager will personally assist you in setting up online access to your accounts, ensuring everything is configured to your satisfaction.

Fee: €100 + IVA per service managed.

Installations Set-Up

Deep technical knowledge and auditing of your property’s systems.

Technical Inventory: A full digital audit of all home systems (A/C, heating, solar panels, pool pumps) including age, brand, and current status.
Warranty & Supplier Tracking: We compile a list of all current maintenance companies, active contracts, and remaining equipment warranties.
Expert Documentation: We record critical data—from appliance manuals to irrigation settings and power potential—on your shared Trello board.
Strategic Coordination: We contact the previous owner early (after the Arras contract) to gather essential operational knowledge while they are most cooperative.

Fee: €300 + IVA.
